A lovely, larger, mid 20th century charm, modeled in 14k yellow gold, as a dignified sporting dog, with a noble bearing. This miniature bird dog is substantially made and beautifully detailed, with a docked tail, a focused expression, and a fine, stippled texture that may indicate a spotted coat. Perhaps this dog is a Braque Francais, or an English Pointer. This is a genuinely beautiful, realistic representation (animal charms are not always this lovely)— it makes a gentle visual statement, worn alone on a slender chain, and it would be a fine addition to a charm bracelet.
