DATE: Georgian, c.1820

A cool Georgian starburst brooch set with white paste gemstones. It's beautifully made, with each lobe curved our towards the tip, and the central cushion shaped stone set in a cut down "pie crust" mount. Crafted in sterling silver throughout, it dates from the early 20th Century, circa 1820.
