Here we have a fabulous brooch come pendant from unique Italian jewellery designer, Pederzani. This piece has been crafted from 18ct white gold into shape a plump flower head. An impressive round brilliant cut diamond weighing 2 carats sits proud at the centre of the face in a four-clawed setting whilst each of the five petals has been entirely invisible set with with a vast array of perfectly matched rich pinky red coloured square calibrated rubies. The safety catch fastening on the reverse is a-fixed via a screwed fastening enabling it to be removed therefore allowing the piece to be worn on a chain as a pendant.
